Habitat Hub (Representative: Takeru Yoshimura, hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us") establishes the following Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") regarding the handling of users' personal information in the online board game prototyping service "KIBAKO" (hereinafter referred to as "the Service").

Article 1 (Definition of Personal Information)

"Personal Information" refers to information about living individuals as defined by the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Information Protection Act"), including name, email address, and other information that can identify a specific individual. It also includes information that can be easily collated with other information to identify an individual.

We may acquire the following information through lawful and fair means when users use the Service:

• Payment information when using paid services (payment is securely processed through our external vendor, Stripe, and we do not retain sensitive payment information such as credit card numbers)

1. To provide, operate, and manage the Service and manage users
2. To respond to inquiries from users
3. To communicate maintenance, important notices, changes to terms, etc.

6. To prevent unauthorized use, ensure security, and respond to violations of the Terms of Service

We will strive to keep personal information accurate and up-to-date, and will implement necessary and appropriate safety management measures to prevent unauthorized access, leakage, loss, destruction, tampering, etc. We will also require business outsourcing partners to implement equivalent safety management measures and provide supervision.

Article 6 (Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use, and Deletion of Personal Information)

1. When a user requests disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, erasure, or cessation of provision to third parties of their personal information, we will promptly respond in accordance with the law after verifying their identity.

Article 7 (Cookies and Access Analysis)

We use cookies and similar technologies to improve the convenience of the Service and analyze usage patterns. We may also use access analysis tools such as Google Analytics. Users can refuse the use of cookies through their browser settings, but in that case, some parts of the Service may not be available.

Article 8 (Integration with External Services)

The Service may integrate with external service accounts (e.g., Google, GitHub, Discord, etc.). The information we acquire in such cases is limited to the minimum necessary for integration. Please refer to each service provider's privacy policy for the handling of personal information in external services.

Article 9 (Changes to Privacy Policy)

We may revise this Policy from time to time in response to legal amendments or changes in operational policies. When making important changes, we will notify users through announcements on the Service or notifications to registered email addresses. The revised Policy will take effect from the time determined by us.
